Activities: Common Supplies

Description:

• Place of supply: The supplier is obligated to deliver the items in the warehouses of Irmas company (in Al Sabtiyah).
• Duration and rate of supply: The supply takes place within eight months from the date of the contract to be carried out in two batches of equal quantity and duration. The first payment is within four months from the date of the contract and the second during the four months following the first batch.
• Experience: For companies that don’t have previous experience in the mentioned items, the whole contract to be supplied, and Irmas company selects 10% of the total amount of items required to be tested for testing.

Conditions:

1. Inspection:
   The inspection is carried out by inspectors of Irmas company in the warehouses of Irmas in Al Sabtieh - Cairo.
2. Payment:
   Payment shall be made by cheque in the local currency after inspection, receipt and approval of the technical authority

Notes:

1. Supply of Origin:
   The supplier is obligated to present a copy of the certificate of origin upon import, which states that the imported tasks are original / manufactured according to the OEM specification (original factory specification), and in the event of supply from (the European Union), a Euro document must be brought with the supply.
2. Warranty:
   In the event that the tasks originate from (North America or Europe), the warranty period for the supplied tasks against production and material defects is for a period of one year from the date of operation or eighteen months from the date of supply
3. If the origin of the equipment is not from (North America or Europe), the warranty period will be extended
