Head of Trade Fairs Department
Main Tasks:
- Official representative of: Messe Berlin, Messe Dusseldorf, Messe Muenchen, Koelnmesse, Deutsche Messe AG, Spielwarenmesse.
- Promotion, Marketing and Sales of Exhibition Spaces and Fair supporting services (i.e. stand construction, travel, press, events, etc.)
- Handle the design of proposals, invoicing, database, client visits.
- Organize press conferences for trade fairs.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets and customer needs.
- Lobbying with local associations, key players of industry and export and others.
- Projects reporting of activities/stands at fairs in Egypt / sector reports or news etc.
- Cooperation with local trade fair venues: chamber stand organization and other services.
- Maintain and update VIPs Data in Netsuite: Associations, Export Councils of promo letters, acquisition of exhibitors, identification of sectorial specialized publications and online media, etc.
- Training for Trade Fairs participations
Required Qualifications:
- Relevant university degree
- Excellent written and spoken German, English and Arabic languages.
- Efficient and careful way of working.
- Excellent professional manners
- Ability to collaborate in interdisciplinary and intercultural teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High organizational skills in a demanding work environment, sometimes with a high workload.
- Ability and willingness to travel abroad, on weekends as well for the support of the Trade Fair exhibitors

Research Project Manager
Main Tasks:
- Gather desk market information on different sectors/ macroeconomic information and tenders projects/ companies in the different sectors
- Gather data pool from various departments about Egyptian exporting companies

Training Coordinator
Main Tasks:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies for training courses.
- Responsible for setting up public calendar Training plan and implementation (after Head of Department approval)
- Conduct Sales calls and increase the number of attendees to our Training Programs.
- Prepare promotional materials to market for training courses/programs.
- Responsible for handling tailored course requests and coordination.
- Coordinates all logistics of training courses, (including coordinating with instructors, course setup, venue reservation, material, folders, equipment, evaluation, etc.).

- Increasing customer retention and sales revenue, through producing innovative and cost-effective promotions.
- Plans, organizes, and implements a comprehensive training plan/schedule.
- Attends training courses and submits a feedback report.
- Evaluate training programs/courses, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Administers training accounts, including the issuance of invoices, financial collection follow-up, and monthly reconciliation.
- Extracts enrollment data; compiles and prepares bimonthly statistical reports for review.
- Research availability of a variety of courses; presents information in an organized manner.
- Assisting on consultation services projects with the head of the department.
- Organize and maintain the filing system.
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- 2-4 years of sales experience in a training/ HR Role
- Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning and execution
- Experience in creating and delivering training programs
- Fluent in English and Arabic, German language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field

Social media:

Main tasks and duties
